The room was lovely, everything i needed.
Couldn't get the tv to work at first, i asked and they came up amd replaced the tv, fantastic service.
I had a great sleep and a lovely shower in the morning. 100% recommended..“

„Stayed four nights and the staff was friendly except for the last morning during checkout. Front desk lady seemed in a bad mood. Guests shouldn't get a feeling of that. Rooms are large enough but unfortunately they do not have small fridges. Would have been nicer.
BUT : In my opinion, it is an absolute NO-GO if you cannot even open the windows (not meant to be opened if you wanted) in your room for some fresh air. “

„The check in was smooth.. id asked to check in earlier which was accommodated. I had a contact number for any problems or needing help. Earlie check in cost an extra £10. Very happy with room, nice and clean.staff very polite. Parking just down the road.. shame its not free. Lots of place's to eat in. Generally happy.“

„A warm welcome at reception. On a very hot day it was wonderful to step into my room and find a fan on. All staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was spotless and had everything I needed. The large bed was very comfortable.
I had dinner and breakfast, both were very tasty. The dinner menu had an excellent selection of food.
Free parking close to my room was very welcome. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel and the whole of Rutland we found to be really helpful and polite. It`s the way Norfolk used to be but is sadly lacking in a lot of establishments these days. Nice to see that hospitality is still alive and well in Rutland and surrounding areas,

Frühstück kann man sich in einem Pausenraum selbst machen, muss im Anschluss daran aber auch selber abspülen. Sonst alles soweit i.O. Direkt im Haus ist ein COOP wenn man noch andere Dinge selbst einkaufen und in der vorhandenen allgemein Küche zubereiten möchte.“

I only went to breakfast the once due work commitments but for a continental breakfast there was plenty , the coffee was delicious , no noise from the pub under the rooms would definitely return and recommend. “

"Really nice apartment, very comfortable bed. The only thing I did not like was the really loud constant door banging from early in the morning until late at night.
