I almost never respond to the reviews of my guests but this time it seems only right to do so; I offer all my guests a 6-star service but this time I did even more with this guest: 1) he found a playground for children that was not there when they booked and was much appreciated and used by all children; 2) he asked me for an intervention for the dishwasher which they believed did not work and was immediately done, and instead we verified that the dishwasher had not been set correctly, without charging them any cost; 3) one of them broke the pool cleaning auction after the first day without notifying what they had done, making it difficult for our midweek cleaning and the cost of the damage was not charged to them; 4) has used the pool cleaning service free of charge for 3 times even if not provided; 5) has taken advantage of the free cleaning service of the bathrooms after the first week even if not provided; 6) if I do not know about the disorder what you are talking about, for the cleaning of the villa I would like to point out that my collaborators often receive tips from my guests for how clean the villa is and I always verify everything; the morning after the arrival one of the guest ladies hinted to me about the cleaning problem and then I asked her to show me, too bad that she herself would clean the night before !! Can I recommend this traveler to other owners? Evaluate yourself ...

However, I would like to point out that the beds (type and number) are the ones you wished for and communicated to before your arrival (I always do this with all my guests); you were 9 people and the Villa has 13 beds in 6 bedrooms, but one bedroom was not used by you, and then you said nothing to me neither on arrival nor on departure; I don't understand the meaning of your comment.

Fortunately, I rarely host groups like this: the 12 bicycles present, as always, were checked by me personally before arrival and were in working order while some were damaged after your departure, as was the dishwasher; the villa is always stocked with cleaning products (liquid soap and toilet paper in each bathroom, cleaning products for the kitchen) which I showed on arrival as my habit; I just made water and beer for everyone; perhaps some of your excesses have left their mark if it is true that at 4 in the morning I was awakened by a phone call from the police who wanted to enter the villa because they were called by the neighbors for noises and loud music in the middle of the night. The historic center of Cefalù can be reached by train in 5 minutes using the Lascari station located 800 meters from the villa, as an indicator in my ad. In conclusion, it would have been appropriate to show greater respect for the things of others.

Thanks for the advice received: the strength of the wi fi signal is the maximum that can be obtained in this area; I hope that next year the fiber will be activated whose work has begun; as for the showers we will check, but the space is for one person.
