By Car:

Driving offers flexibility and takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Here's a suggested route:​

Departing Panama City: Start on Via Centenario or Via España to connect with the Inter-American Highway (Carretera Panamericana) heading west.​
On the Inter-American Highway: Continue westward, passing landmarks such as La Chorrera and Capira.​
Approaching Playa Corona: After approximately 100 kilometers, look for signs indicating the exit to Playa Corona.​
Final Stretch: Take the exit and follow local roads leading directly to Sinforosa Panamá.​

By Bus:

For a budget-friendly option, buses depart regularly from Panama City's Albrook Bus Terminal to destinations like San Carlos or Coronado. The journey typically takes between 1 hour and 20 minutes to 1 hour and 40 minutes, depending on the specific route and stops. Upon reaching your stop, local taxis can provide transport to Sinforosa Panamá.​
