„Our stay was amazing and I will get to the house in a minute but If you choose to stay here please take your trip to the next level and Hire the Chef!! Victor was outstanding and his food was top notch, from the home made Tortillas and Pupusas to some of the best ceviche I have ever had along with fresh home made soups and meals you will not be disappointed . Now on to the house, our host was great and very communicative any questions we had were answered quickly and check in was very smoothit ...

„The place was very beautiful. We enjoyed the simplicity and the location the most. With a great caretaker looking over things, it made our stay very enjoyable and carefree. We did score a huge swell which made it a bit difficult for my 12 year old to surf because of the rocks. This is at no fault of the property, but something that should be noted. We really enjoyed the stay.“

„Everything just excellent from beginning to end! Arrived a little before check in and we were received like they were happily anxious to meet us, I informed the host that our transport could be a little late for our check out and not a problem at all, just wonderful experience, communication was great with host and property manager.I wasn't done with my stay and was already planning my return to the same property, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect ...

„We were 3 families and all with kids and we did not once feel crowded. The only downside of it all, that was not a big issue was the AC. They did the job just did not get as cold as we would of liked. They did take a while for the rooms to cool down. El senor Juaquin was very helpful and assisted us in any thing we needed. The property manager was very fast to reply when I had question. Over all, our stay was amazing! “

„The location of this property is gorgeous! We loved watching and hearing the waves crash onto the rock cliffs. The beautiful black volcanic sand beach is right next door and very easy to access. Alma de Mar was a beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff were always helpful, kind, and available. We booked Chef Tavo for all our meals during our stay and he was amazing!! We highly recommend him.“

"The hotel was really the perfect place for the last days of our 3 week vacation. All we wanted was a nice place to stay and lay at the pool 24/7. The hotel was the perfect choice. Nice interior design, two beautiful pools, direct view at the sea, great drinks and good food. The hotel does not have their own restaurant but still provides some really tasty dishes. Food can also be delivered from another restaurant for a small fee. Within 20 minutes you can also walk down to the next town (el Zonte) with lots of restaurants and a beautiful beach. We would definitely book at El Xalli again. The staff was also super nice and helpful all the time. "
