„The service at Nobu was outstanding. I had missed my connecting flight and called the hotel to cancel my dinner reservation. Isidro then arranged for a transportation from the Bilbao airport and he even had a very delicious dinner brought to my room just when I arrived (shortly before midnight). This was really exceptional! Thank you so much! And also everyone else was very nice and helpful and the food (also breakfast) was amazing. “

„Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße die von Pamplona nach Frankreich führt, die Rückseite blickt auf einen kleinen Fluss. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, das Badezimmer ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Service ist sehr gut, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut,es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, die Küche bietet außer Sandwiches und gutem wein und anderen Getränken nicht viel.
