„This beautiful villa is a hidden gem. The little village is so gorgeous. The drive up through the olive orchard is stunning. We never tired of the view. The restaurant that it attached to the villa is literally at the front door. The food is amazing. Though breakfast is not available, it's a short drive to a nearby town that has several other dining options. The pool is small but private. We would definitely stay here again. “

"Tolle Lage für eine gepflegte Auszeit ab vom Schuss! Einzige Einschränkung: von Mo bis Sa mehrmals täglich während ein paar Minuten Lärm von Militärflugzeugen, was wir aber nicht als störend empfanden. Aus unserer Sicht 3 Schwachpunkte, die wir auch dem Hotel mitgeteilt haben: -sehr schwere Fenstertür zur Terrasse. Vor allem das Öffnen von aussen kann sehr anspruchsvoll sein. -starke, zentrale Klimaanlage (eigentlich gut), deren Steuerung aber noch nicht ideal ist. Uns war es in der Nacht entweder zu warm oder zu kalt, weil sich die Anlage nicht an unsere Temperatureinstellungen hielt. -eingeschränkte Privatsphäre bei Zimmern mit Pool. Sichtschutz gibt es nur auf eine Seite, zur anderen Seite hin ist man sofort im Blickfeld des Zimmernachbarn, sobald man die Nase aus dem Fenster hält. Da könnte man baulich noch nachhelfen um das Gefühl von Privatsphäre (nicht unwesentlich bei Zimmer mit Pool) zu steigern. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wer gewisse Mängel griechischer Baukunst übersehen kann, wird die schöne Lage und das Frühstück mit einer guten Auswahl qualitativ hochstehender Produkte geniessen können."

"If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate — come here! I have plenty to compare it with, having visited many countries and resorts with a similar concept, and I can honestly say that this place offers an outstanding combination of quality and value, especially with the all-inclusive package. Everything here is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The rooms are excellent and fully equipped with everything you need — and definitely choose a sea view 😉. The staff are wonderful, and the food is absolutely amazing. Special thanks to the chefs! The whole resort is spotless and gives a true sense of comfort and relaxation. On the beach, the sunbeds, umbrellas, and tables are not crowded together, so there is plenty of personal space. Although the territory is quite compact, it is perfectly planned and organized. We loved absolutely everything! A huge thank you to the entire staff, and special respect to the management for caring not only about the guests but also about the employees. Many vacationers here noticed and appreciated that as well. Your concept is fantastic. "Schönes Hotel, gutes Essen, überwiegend freundliches Personal. Leider sind viele Zimmer der Straße zugewandt und diese ist laut und stark befahren. Angeblich haben die Zimmer Schallschutzfenster. Der Unterschied zwischen offenen und geschlossenen Fenster war aber nur minimal! Wenn man nicht wie ein Stein schläft, nicht zu empfehlen."

"This was truly one of the best stays I have ever had. I visited this hotel last year and was so impressed that I decided to come back for a second time. As someone who constantly works and struggles to switch off, I rarely find places where I can genuinely relax. But this hotel allows me to completely reset and recharge. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by a breathtaking lobby with stunning ocean views and beautiful architecture. Being driven to your suite by golf buggy adds a lovely touch and makes the experience feel even more special. The suites are spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed, with great attention to detail. Every member of the staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, and you can truly feel the warmth and hospitality throughout the entire resort. There is even a small mini market within the hotel where you can conveniently buy snacks, sunscreen, and other essentials. The private beach is wonderful, and breakfast is exceptional, offering a huge variety of dishes ranging from traditional Cretan cuisine to delicious sweet and savoury options. What makes this place truly special, however, is how it makes you feel. It is a place where I can forget about work, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. I recommend this hotel and would happily return for a third time. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable stay."

"Das Resort ist grundsätzlich sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist nicht mehr „neu“ aber es wird sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben, dass optisch alles passt. Der Pool auf der Terasse ist super. Im Zimmer ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es keine Türe zum Bad hat und die Wand von Bad zum Schlafzimmer an der Decke geöffnet ist. Es gibt 3 Buffetrestaurants, die jeden Tag unterschiedliche Themenabende anbieten, wobei ich diesen Punkt etwas kritisieren muss, da es zu wenige Speisen zum angepriesenen Thema gibt. Hier müsste es mehr Angebote zum jeweiligen Thema geben oder man sollte keine Themenabende anbieten. Das Buffet ist allerdings trotzdem ausgewogen und abwechslungsreich. Der Strand am Hotel ist sauber aber auf den ersten Metern steinig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist meines Erachtens voll in Ordnung, sodass ich das Kiani Beach Resort weiterempfehlen kann."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wieder ein traumhafter Aufenthalt im The Royal Blue! Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im The Royal Blue auf Kreta und haben dieses Mal zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war durchweg hervorragend und abwechslungsreich. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass man immer zu einem Tisch begleitet wurde und dabei einen Platz wählen konnte, der einem gefiel. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Als nette Geste gab es am Abend sogar hin und wieder einen Ouzo aufs Haus. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war fantastisch. Die hochwertigen Seifen und Duschgele, regelmäßigen Obstplatten und die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten machten den Aufenthalt besonders. An meinem Geburtstag erwarteten mich sogar eine kleine Torte, eine persönliche Karte des Managers und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Zimmer – vielen Dank dafür! Auch der Poolbereich mit seinem hervorragenden Essen sowie der schöne Strand haben uns begeistert. In der Nähe befindet sich zudem ein kleines Fischerdorf mit tollen Tavernen, das man für etwa 8 € mit dem Taxi oder in rund 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Jeder Einzelne hat dazu beigetragen, dass unser Urlaub unvergesslich wurde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌊☀️❤️"
