„The house is a beautiful, eclectic mix of modern and refurbished! It was clean, pest-free and had everything we needed. The door to the master bedroom didn’t have a door knob, only a dead bolt style lock that we didn’t have the key to so privacy was an issue. Also, my daughter got stuck in the bedroom to the left because that door knob didn’t function properly. Thankfully, after 8 tense minutes, we got the knob to engage the striker but she didn’t shut her door completely after that leaving her, ...

Susan was prompt and friendly in communication, the house was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. „We made the best of things that were not as expected. Owner must have newly renovated it but it was NOT a new property. The pictures on the website must reflect his upstairs property bc what we got was NOT the photos we saw for downstairs unit.The design lacked a woman’s input. Pedestal sinks meant no place to put a toiletry bag except for maybe on a closed toilet lid. No towel hooks or towel bars meant hanging wet towels over a door. No basic supplies like coffee/filters, a broom, dishwasher ...

The location is fantastic, within a short distance of the St. Charles Streetcar line, and not far from Tulane and Loyola Universities and Audubon Park. The bed and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. We had some communications hiccups with the manager, but overall really enjoyed our stay.“
