„The property is a well converted basement in a pleasant house. The area is quiet and feel safe. The owners made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed having a good kitchen and laundry. “

Due to the warm weather we had to have the windows wide open and the street is quite noisy, but that was the only downside. An easier check in/out process would have been nice too, as well as printed info about the area and instructions related to the unit (Cable tv, cleaning, etc)“

„At 11 pm Sunday night I got a text from VRBO stating the host had just cancelled our reservation. We were flying in at 8 am Monday morning. I had also spoken with the host 1 week earlier to ensure everything was in order as the 5 of us were running a horse show at Thunderbird and we’re working long hours. This put us in a horrible position. I called him and he said it was previously booked on another platform but we could stay till Friday morning. The house was ok but 1 tiny towel each (5 only), ...
