„I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.“

„Well located and spacious Aparthotel near Maidan Square. Once you are inside the property it’s nice but entrance of the building is very shabby and stairs leading to the 2nd floor run down (no elevator). There is just 1 person at the reception and communication in English is impossible (had to do everything trough Google Translate). Had some problems to sleep as there was a constant noise from the neighbours above troughout the night. Difficult to take a shower without wetting all the floor as ...

„Ich war drei Nächte mit meiner Tochter in einem sehr schönen, extrem sauberen Zimmer, mit perfektem Essen, hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war perfekt ruhig, man hörte kein Geräusch von aussen und fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Meiner Meinung nach absolut seinen Preis wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den sehr gelungenen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüsse Julia und Linda Hutsch“
