„We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. We would definitely stay again.“

„Perfect for a couple and the view across the fields was beautiful. Location is very quiet and has very easy access to the A420 into Oxford and the A34. There is a dedicated parking place and easy access to the property. Modern bathroom and good kitchen facilities. There are a couple of good pubs nearby, although we never tried the Plough in Appleton. Chantal was a great host and responded very quickly to a query we had about the heating. “

„Lovely stay, really quiet in the accommodation and nearby. We stayed for a little weekend break, lovely area nearby with so many walks and areas to walk round. Dark skies right nearby, 20 minutes walk up onto the hills if you’re into star gazing etc. would stay there again and recommend wholeheartedly. Doug was great and very friendly. “

„This house ticked all the boxes for us, large enough for 7 adults and 5 children. Positives - the swimming pool and games room were enjoyed by all and the games were free to play which was great, (not sure how much we would have used that space if we had to pay for the games). Lovely big garden. Enough parking for all our cars.Negatives - the address shown on Vrbo is not the actual address of the property (same location but slightly different address), this led to confusion when sharing the ...

„This house was absolutely amazing!!! There was enough room for our whole family of five and everything was very clean. The location was a dream and the village of Lockeridge was so picturesque.. Jessica was on top of everything and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend this cottage for a perfect vacation or quick get away.“

"The hotel is nicely situated and has comfortable bedrooms. The personnel was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a large choice. Only the parking taxes are annoying. "

"The hotel is part of main road services on the A34. Perfect for short stay travellers. Friendly reception, large clean rooms, walk-in shower. Huge TV set with many channels. No noise from the main road and quiet carpeted roomand corridor. M&S food shop at petrol station opposite, also McDonalds. Noisy coffee shop atmosphere in the hotel restaurant. Morning walk beside the busy road supplied me not only with plenty of petrol fumes but also delicious blackberries picked fresh from the pathside bushes. Car dealerships beside the hotel's no-charge car park gave the chance to window shop. A Costa coffee shop drive-through close by seemed to typify the general mood of the area."
