For years, this suite was home to long-term tenants, so we know what makes an extended stay comfortable and practical. We’ve carried that same emphasis into hosting, and are proud of the consistent praise of the suite’s amenities, our hospitality as Premier Hosts, and attention to detail throughout our 10/10 reviews.

Our peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the YLW airport and the UBC campus, and 25 minutes between Kelowna and Vernon. We're also about 1 hour in each direction between two world-class ski resorts: Big White and SilverStar, and within a 10-minute drive of several exceptional wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, and everyday conveniences. The mild Okanagan weather will also allow you to enjoy the nearby mountain biking trails and golf courses well into the fall season.

One of our guests' favourite features is our covered private outdoor pergola. It’s a perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful sunrises with your morning coffee or ever-changing late afternoon panorama against the rolling hills and skyline across the valley with an evening beverage. (Note: we plan to add mounted heat lamps this fall so you can continue enjoying this special outdoor space into the cooler months)

The bright, open-concept living space is designed for relaxing and spending time together. The well-equipped kitchen has generous counter space, an eating bar, a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. The living room sofa converts easily into a very cozy full XL bed, with a mattress topper for added comfort. You’ll also find room-darkening curtains, a white noise machine, and fans for a restful night’s sleep.

The bedroom is warm and inviting, with a comfortable memory foam queen bed, two nightstands with touch-lamp lights, a desk, dresser, and walk-in closet. Soft linens, plenty of extra bedding, and more towels than you’ll even need make it easy to get comfortable, whether you’re staying for a weekend or several weeks. There’s a stacker washer/dryer for your private use in the suite, as well as a clothes drying rack, laundry hamper, and ironing board.

The bathroom is stocked well beyond basic necessities, with a custom cedar plank ceiling and spotless, deep bath tub to allow you to completely relax.

The living room sideboard is stocked with games, puzzles, tourism guides, children’s books and toys, plus ample storage for your own belongings. Additional storage for bikes or ski/board equipment is available upon request.
