The house was clean, bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor to space out and the game room in the basement was perfect! We were 5 adults and were comfortable - any more and it may be tight. The beds are comfortable. If you use more one towel (ex.for your hair or for the lake) bring your own/extra as you’ll need it or you’ll be doing loads of laundry.
