The farmhouse is located in a panoramic area of the Valdera hills, between cereal fields and wooded areas. This dominant position allows a relaxing holiday and the opportunity to explore nature on foot or by mountain bike, or visit the historic centers of the most important cities of art in Tuscany. The big farmhouse, renovated respecting the tradition, is divided into 13 apartments with independent entrances, furnished in rustic style.

The estate of over 600 hectares offers a variety of genuine products that allow you to rediscover the taste of simple things. Reserved for the guests there are the swimming pool and the restaurant where you can taste the typical and genuine dishes of Tuscan cuisine accompanied by excellent local wine.
Accommodation
Ap.to 12 sleeps 4+2 on the ground floor there is a a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with third bed, a single bedroom, a bathroom.

Swimming pool (mt. 9x18), garden, large communal lounge, washing machine (extra cost), internet connection wi-fi.



Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any heating consumption is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers must provide a deposit of € 150.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week. Toddler bed € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 40.00 per week.

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
