„Amazing resort, feels like a high end option in the mountains of Florina. The spa was fantastic and the masseuse there was excellent. Maybe the server at breakfast and some of the casino staff (guy in cage in particular) could have been a bit friendlier but otherwise would definitely stay again next visit to Florina and would recommend.“
