„This was a lovely and updated 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a peaceful view of the golf course. Much more affordable than staying at the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay resort, which is within close walking distance. Very much appreciated that there was laundry in the unit. Good communication with owners and check-in and out was easy.“

„We loved Joe’s place. It was very clean and had everything you needed. We were there for 10 days. The location was in a private and secure community in the Mākaha Valley just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach and away from the crowd. I would definitely recommend Joe’s place if you are looking to get away from the crowd.“

„The condo is cute, and the kitchen has everything needed if you desire to cook. Having a washer and dryer (with soap provided) was great! There was also a lot of beach towels, a small ice chest and snorkeling gear which we put to use for our day trips. The beach is about a half mile walk and from there, the sunsets were amazing! There are two restaurants prior to the beach (Lei Lei's Bar & Grill at the golf course and The Beach House). We enjoyed our meals at both restaurants. We also utilized ...

„Phtos of this property are accurate. We stayed May 2025. Everything was clean and comfortable. Furniture is new and modern and appliances are all updated. Bathrooms need updating, but were clean. Only item some folks might find uncomfortable is that there is only one AC in the bedroom trying to cool the entire unit. There is no AC in the living room. It looks like all the units in the complex are similar. “

„Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sie ist sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist natürlich etwas abseits, aber das sucht man sich ja bewusst aus. Trotzdem gibt es in zehn Minuten Fahrentfernung einige gute Restaurants/Food Trucks und Supermärkte. Der zu Fuß schnell erreichbare Strand des Resorts ist gut zum Schnorcheln geeignet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.“

„We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. It's nice to be so close to Lei Lei's for a meal or even a to-go order. Oh, and the beds are SO SO ...

„We loved the condo and the location . We were able to utilize the amenities of the Ritz without having to stay in the hotel. We were a little disappointed in the response time from the property manager. One question was never responded to and our fist question took more than 24 hours to get a response.All in, I would highly recommend this condo“

„The condo was everything we needed! It is in a great location on the north shore with plenty to do within 20 minutes. It’s about a 10 minute walk to an excellent beach or a 10-15 minute drive to the best snorkeling spot on Oahu at Sharks Cove. The unit does run warm with no central AC and even with the doors open to allow the breeze thru in the living room it’s still not cool in June during the day. Also, the AC wasn’t great in the kids room on the third floor loft and it’s really not a private ...

„Leider war die Bettwäsche und Handtücher verschmutzt und die Ansprechpartnerin nicht telefonisch zu erreichen. Beides ist ein No Go. Die Nachbarin hat dann gewaschen. Geschirr und Besteck waren unzureichend und der Küchenbereich der Wohnung nicht gut geputzt. Im Gelände wurden Hunde und Hühner (was Lärm verursachte) unter nicht zumutbaren Bedingungen gehalten. Der Gast wird in einem Geheft über die Hausordnung informiert. Hier sollte man die Drohungen/Strafankündigung bei Nichteinhaltung ...

"Bei vier Reisenden nur 3 Tassen vorhanden.Unordentlich und unsauber.Lage am Golfplatz ganz nett. Schöne Terrase, aber keine 4 geeigneten Stühle, um draußen zu essen.4. Tasse wurde am Abend vor der Abreise hingestellt."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Tiny House war ein sehr schönes Abenteuer mit unvermutetem Komfort in Bezug auf Ausstattung und Größe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vorbildlich. Auch ein persönliches Kennenlernen der Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Der Check-In und Check-out Vorgang war sehr einfach. Auch die Lage zur North Shore und zu den Stränden war perfekt."

Paradise Bay Resort

"Wir waren mitte Dezember 2024 für 8 Nachte im Paradise Beach Resort und sind rundum zufrieden! Hatten Zimmer Nr. 36 mit grossem Balkon, schöner Aussicht und grossem Zimmer (eigentlich 1 Schlafzimmer plus Wohnzimmer plus Kochnische). Unsere Unterkunft war sauber, jedoch nicht 5Sterne-Hotel-perfekt. Es ist etwas abgewohnt, aber in gutem Zustand. Der Staff war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Location ist etwas „abseits des Geschehens“, dafür ruhig gelegen. Täglich gibts in der Lobby Kaffee, Wasser, Eistee und Bananenbrot, auch täglich Live-Ukulele-Unterhaltung! Im Hotel gibts keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto sind es knapp 10 Min. bis Kaneohe, dort gibts Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, usw Pro Tag wird eine Resort-Fee von 42$ verlangt (darin ist Kanu, SUP, Yoga, … inbegriffen), Parking kostet pro Tag 18$. Der Pool und den Hot-Tub haben wir nicht benutzt, diese wurden jedoch täglich gereinigt und machten einen angemehmen Eindruck. Wir können das Hotel für alle sehr empfehlen, die es ruhig, eher einfacher, mit weniger Ansprüchen, aber autentisch haben will! Wir würden beim nächsten Oahu-Besuch wieder diese Unterkunft wählen, da es mit dem Auto auch gut gelegen ist! "
