Fully equipped kitchen: As a self-catering apartment you'll find everything you need to experience a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
The kitchen has: hob, oven, freezer and fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, clothes drying frame and iron.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms - bed for 2-2 persons each and a sofa bed in the living room (+2).
One of the bathrooms is en suite (with toilet, sink, hydro-massage bath including overhead shower).
The common bathroom has a toilet, sink and step in shower.

Linen, towels, essential toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, toothpaste, cleaning detergents) are all included to make your stay comfortable.

Guests will have free access to the entire apartment and all the shared condominium areas including swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, outside W.C. and shower.

The climate is mild from April till November and the town offers several different types of leisure- and sport programs and you will find bars & restaurants representing cuisines from around every part of the world.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. (on the street in front and underground parting space)
- Pets are not allowed at the property for holiday guests - in the case of a long term stay this is a subject to further discussion.
