Never again will I stay at any Presken Hotel. This was my 3rd try with Presken, having stayed at a previous one and this "signature " one before. They were both equally terrible. I had booked what I thought was a different hotel, which was Presken Residence - because that's what the booking said. Only to get there and be told the booking was actually for Presken Signature because it says "annex" after Residence. How in the world is anyone supposed to know that! The girl at reception called the signature to confirm, which they did. So we had to drag our bags down the street to the correct one, only to be told the room type I booked (and paid for) is not available and that the rates i paid online were outdated and never updated. In order to stay (where I didn't want to because of my previous stay there), we would have had to pay more than double what I originally paid. An absolute cluster f!!
We'd also had a booking at another Presken in VI just in case, and they couldn't even find that booking despite the fact that it was done directly on their site not a third party site. When they eventually found it, they called to say they had no rooms available! I wanted to try and give the Presken hotels 1 more try, thinking maybe a different facility would be better but it's like every one of their hotels has the same training in incompetence!
The actual previous stays I had at Presken Waters and Presken Signature were equally bad.
