You displayed a hotel on your website available for booking knowing full well that the hotel does not accept online bookings anymore, getting to the hotel for checking in and the hotel Receptionist rejects the booking saying they do not accept online bookings anymore. Yet your company is holding back my money, for what reason?? This is fraud.
I need a refund of my payment. I don't see any reason why my payment should not be refunded.
I will not let this go just like that, I need a refund of payment.
