  • LOCATED ON VALE DO MILHO THIS FABULOUS THREE BEDROOM VILLA IS PERFECT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY

    Located Vale do Milho, the three-bedroom villa occupies a large plot with private swimming pool. Vale do Milho is a residential estate surrounding a 9 hole par 3 golf course and is a short walk to Centeanes Beach. The villa has a large private driveway with space for several vehicles. There is a fully fitted kitchen with separate laundry area, dining area and spacious lounge.



    There is a master bedroom with Super king size bed (which can be separated if necessary to make a twin bedroom) and en suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a super king bed which can be separated to twin beds if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms lead with patio doors to the terrace and pool area and have ample wardrobe and storage. There is an inner courtyard with BBQ and seating area.

    Externally there is a private heated (optional extra) swimming pool 9x4 meters and a further BBQ and covered seating area. The villa is fully air conditioned and has fibre optic broadband.

sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus lässt wenig Wünsche offen...... es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet (auch im Außenbereich) allen Komfort.Die Lage ist super - es war sehr ruhig um uns herum und wir hatten mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten um nach Carvoeiro zu kommen. Perfekt auch zum Wandern, denn vom Haus aus ist man in 10 Minuten schon an den Klippen.Das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat war, dass der Aussenbereich nicht wirklich sauber war. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das Haus schon einige Tage (oder Wochen?) leer stand und vor unserer Anreise keiner mehr das Laub von den Fliesen gekehrt hat. Aber das ist jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau.Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war hervorragend. Jede Frage wurde innerhalb von kürzester Zeit beantwortet.

Great villa with pool for family holiday.

This was our second stay at Casa Patricia and we thoroughly enjoyed it. There have been some modifications, new awning and shutters, since last year which added even more to an enjoyable and no hassle stay. The pool was a big hit with all ages - from 2 to 70! We highly recommend this villa in a lovely area.

Very well maintained villa inside and out. Comfortable and spacious. Smart new bathrooms. Excellent pool, BBQ and good quality outdoor furniture. VDM was a great location for us, Uber ride into Carvoerio was about €6. Elite Rentals Team were quick to support with a couple of minor things we needed just after arrival. An ice bucket for fizz would be a great addition!

Spectacular home

This place is an oasis! Very clean with all the amenities one needs. The pool (super nice) and outdoor area (lounges and patio table) were where we spent most of our time. It's close to stores and great restaurants. Would definitely come back.

Elite website is excellent and the team are on hand if required during the stay. The villa location is great, feels very private and the area is peaceful but an easy walk to beach and restaurants. When you access the Elite website to get the villa operating details, the info for the safe is locked in size and cannot be expand, so impossible to read or use. Minor point, but good to resolve.

A Very Nice Villa

Our second stay in Casa Patricia. Another great holiday, in a villa that has everything you need. Very good location in a nice area, only 10 minute walk to the beach, can also walk to 3 good restaurants, the beach bar and the 9 hole golf course with clubhouse. A good size heated pool is available in the private garden. Nice to see the owners investing and upgrading with 2 new bathrooms. It was a nice touch that we were advised by mail when the maids were coming to the villa, it would be great if the pool man and the gardener did the same! Lovely villa, we will be back. Thank you.

Great spot in the Algarve

Property was as advertised, great home large enough for 2 or 3 couples. Nice quiet neighborhood close to all amenities. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Absolutely awesome outside space around the pool, lots of areas to sit and relax. Home is central located making it a great base for day trips to other parts of the Algarve. We would certainly look to rent it again went we come back to the area.

My husband and I had a great experience with Elite Rentals. Although we had some initial issues, the kind hosts were kind and accommodating with our needs, and handled things in a quick, orderly manner. If you want peace and tranquility Casa Patricia is a truly relaxing and a stress free location. EVERYTHING is exceptional: The villa is spotlessly clean, spacious, tidy and very well equipped. Even on a rainy day it's cosy inside and you feel like at home . The pool is the perfect size for swimming and there is a great outdoor area for eating and relaxing in the sunshine. We can definitely recommend Casa Patricia. Nothing. Just right for perfect holidays.

A lovely family holiday

The villa was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very comfortable beds. Lots of outside space to sunbathe. The pool was shallow at one end but does get deep quite quickly so be careful with children as no signs to advise that. The complex was very quiet too. The walk up from the main road was a struggle especially with a pushchair but with a few stops it was manageable. A lovely family restaurant when you get to the main road turn left and go up the hill. I would advise to bring anything you require for children with regards to pool, beach and games. Most villas we have stayed at have normally got a few floaties, bucket and spade etc, probably what people may have left before, but apart from a couple of games there was nothing. Fortunately my daughter brought a case load so we were fine. We did leave a couple of them behind so hopefully they will be there for the next family.

The villa had been updated in most areas. Nothing major, however, on arrival the toilet in bathroom 2 was blocked, this was resolved very quickly by the office. The washing machine leaked, not sure if it was the machine or the water pipe connection. as the washing machine was outside of the villa, this was not a problem Both bathrooms could do with a make over/decoration. Bathroom 2 had black mould on a wall and the ceiling. None of the above detracted from a great stay in the this villa. The staff were great. Thank you.
