The Villa is a modernised property located in Laglio, a small and cosy village on Lake Como that has become famous for being inhabited by actors and celebrities. This beautiful property is a perfect combination of elegance and relax for those guests who are looking for a unique retreat for their lakeside holidays. Guests can easily reach the location, it is perfect for tours of the area, places such as Menaggio, Bellagio, Como, Milan and Lugano are within easy reach.

The villa has a large private terrace where there is a Jacuzzi and is equipped with sun loungers, a sun umbrella and a table with chairs.

The villa is accessed through a main door or from the garage where two cars can be comfortably parked. The villa is on two levels and the many windows create a view of every corner of the living area.

According to Italian laws, each guest's personal ID will be required before check-in. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email along with their booking confirmation. In this structure, it is mandatory to separate waste. Money laundering laws are strict in Italy.

The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
