The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message.
This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.“

„I grew up in Coventry, and had the chance to visit and remember somenoff my best memories..shame all my old "haunts" no longer exist!!!. Regarding the hotel, it was clean, close to city. Friendly. Breakfast was good and reasonable. Parking was expensive at ncp lot..but not the fault of Premier Inn. I'd definately stay here again.“

„Got the family room it was massive. Was close to shopping and the gym. No safe in the room and no fridge and the AC was just ok. Besides that it was great! “

Da wir zu zweit das Zimmer bewohnten verlangten wir nach einem zweiten Satz Handtücher (der uns gebracht wurde). Aber schon am nächsten Tag war wieder nur für eine Person Handtücher da. Das haben die nie kapiert daß jeder von uns ein Handtuch wollte. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Das Personal war freundlich.“

„A unique and quaint property. Owners have a long history with owning the beautiful lodge. Perfect for what we needed (1 might stop over). Would love to go back once fully renovated as a wedding venue. It has so much potential and I wish them all the best. Quirky fact - Charles Dickens stayed here back in his heyday! “
