La Tronquiere

Tronquière is a spacious and typical French, authentic holiday home with a large fully fenced dog proof garden, heated swimming pool and fishing pond about 20 km from Périgueux.

Inside
Tronquière with an area of ​​200 m2 is on some points traditionally furnished but it has a huge fully equipped kitchen and 2 modern bathrooms. Also the bedrooms upstairs are of contemporary standard and nicely furnished. There is a large (simple) dining room and a simple salon with a fireplace.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms with a shower and toilet (two on the ground floor and one on the first floor).

In total there are 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine (above the dining room). One bedroom is on the ground floor with two double beds. On the mezzanine there is a double bed.) Finally, there are three bedrooms (each with a double bed) on the first floor, two of which are connected to each other, making them not entirely private.

For the little ones there are two baby beds and two high chairs.

Outside
A large private garden of approximately 2000 m2 with privacy and a nice and quiet location. There is a wonderfully heated private swimming pool (attention: you pay some extra in fore- and after season). Everything is completely fenced and the garden of Tronquière has a barbecue, private parking space, garden furniture, terrace, a sandpit and a swing. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or a delicious home-cooked dinner on your large terrace. Or go fishing once in the fishing pond adjacent to the garden (no danger for children because fenced)

Activities
Bathing, freshwater fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, wine tasting, kayaking. A number of bicycles are available at the house.
