„Great scenic location on Lake Pontchartrain, Slidell was a pleasant surprise to us out of towners, would have considered spending more time in town of we didn’t have such a packed weekend. Not too bad of a drive into New Orleans, but if using ride/share car service just know to look ahead at pricing and budget accordingly.Very spacious, great kitchen amenities and a nice pool. „The property was gorgeous! We felt like we were in our own private park. You could hear a few vehicles out on the highway, but you could not see them. It was great to have the 5 bedrooms with a bathroom for each, plus the half baths out by the pool. “

„The facility exceeded my expectations. The house was immaculate , spotless. My sister had severe allergies but the house didn’t bother her at all. Everything we for a short getaway was provided at a reasonable price. The neighbor was quite and it appeared to be very safe!“

„I stayed at this location for 3 nights and it was absolutely a great experience. It is a very spacious beautiful home. My favorite area was the back yard deck and the pool area. We were able to barbecue and they had plenty of games like Jenga, etc. for us to enjoy. The kitchen is upstairs but it is equipped with plenty of kitchen gadgets and seasonings. The check -in and out process was very easy and the host communicated very well if we needed anything. Overall, I would recommend this location ...

"Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön am Wasser gelegen, doch sehr ab von der City. Wir erkundigten uns vorher, ob es einen Bus gibt, der in die City fährt, was uns vor Ort mitgeteilt wurde, der Bus kostet 20$ p. P.! Des Weiteren waren die Betten soooo unsagbar weich, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dann sind einige Hütten recht marode und die Löcher im Biden wurden nur mit PVC einfach zugemacht. Man sinkte trotzdem ein. Dann ist die „Rezeption“ nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet, das wussten wir nicht! Das war Zufall, dass wir vor 17 Uhr ankamen. Das einige schöne war auch, dass man genügend Waschmaschinen und Trockner hatte (5 und 5)! Es gab auch noch ein Fischrestaurant, doch leider essen bei uns wenig Fisch (bis 21 Uhr geöffnet). "

"Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit nicht allzu motivierten Personal. Personal reagiert auf anfragen nicht. Frühstück eine Katastrophe in allen Belangen. Kann das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen wenn es vergleichbare alternativen gibt. Preis/Leistung stimmt einfach garnicht."
