„The house was shabby, not well maintained. The washer and dryer were in a storage shed filled with stuff.The septic system backed up during the night. We had only flushed toilet paper. The bathtubs filled with raw sewage and none of the toilets worked. This was repaired late in the afternoon, so the house was unusable for the most of the day. We had to leave that morning so we had access to working bathrooms. I received NO compensation for this gross inconvenience. “

We came to spread my brother’s ashes, and the house was right around the corner from where his shop used to be. It was like it was meant to be. This was the perfect place for us to stay. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek. Was not able watch anything on the tv apps without needing a parental code, which the property manager could not tell us. I had to sign into my own apps on the tv. So just be prepared for that. “
