Nestled in the beautiful Cape Coppermine area north of Granite Hills, near Lac du Bonnet, this 1,950 sq ft cottage offers luxury and comfort to its guests. With plenty of sleeping space for large families and a roomy open-concept layout, you won't want to leave this weekly or weekend retreat. It features a hot tub, sauna, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and high-speed internet - great for work or play. Comes with access to the private boat launch and dock slip! Limited to 6 adults, maximum 8 guests.

WINTER
Coppermine Comfort is close to hiking trails, snowmobile trails and ice fishing, or just throw on a pair of snowshoes and take a stroll around the lake. A heated garage may be available for use upon request.

SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL
The cottage is just steps away from Granite Hills Golf Course and minutes from Black Bear Golf Course. For summer bookings, an electric 4-seater golf cart may be made available upon request for an additional deposit and fee - ideal for the short trip to the private community beach, private boat launch and private dock slip.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
This cottage and the area are very family friendly. No parties, events, or excessive noise are permitted so as not to interfere with our neighbours. The cottage has space for a large family or even two families, but is not set up to host large groups of adults. If you are not sure whether this cottage is suitable for your party, please inquire and we will respond as soon as possible.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A thorough cleaning is done between guests to sanitize all rooms, and all towels and bedding are changed and washed between bookings. The hot tub is regularly maintained all year long. The water is potable and tested several times throughout the year, and filtered water jugs are included. Snow will be cleared on the day of guests' arrival. Please note: the RM restricts bookings to 6 adult guests, and our maximum is 8 guests in total.
