Bon emplacement
A proximité de la gare centrale, donc commode pour visiter les 5 Terre, ou se promener à pied dans La Spezia. Malheureusement l'accès en voiture aux hôtels de ce quartier est très malaisé.

Stupendo il servizio al cliente e poi la disponibilità h24 per il deposito bagagli ed meravigliosa e sicura. Posizione vicinissima alla Fs e dai diversi posti di restaurazione.

Nel complesso positivo. Mi ha lasciato perplesso il fatto di aver avuto contatti con la persona solo tramite WhatsApp. E la pulizia così così. Copriletti macchiati e qualche briciola sulla sedia.

Buonasera Sig.ra Daniela, grazie mille per la sua recensione. Quest'anno abbiamo optato per un servizio facile e snello autonomo di check in per evitare qualsiasi contatto di persone visto il periodo terribile Covid 19 che stiamo passando. Avrà constatato che siamo a disposizione in ogni momento per qualsiasi necessità. Tutto ciò al fine di tutelare e preservare al meglio la sua salute e quella della sua famiglia. Inoltre, noi come affittacamere ci teniamo alla pulizia ed è per noi un punto di forza imprescindibile. Grazie alle sue considerazioni cercheremo di migliorarci ulteriormente e fornire un servizio sempre migliore. Un caro saluto ed a presto.

Muy cerca del centro y el tren. La habitación era bastante nueva. Cuando llegamos ya no había nadie en recepción pero nos explicaron cómo hacer el check in.

O quarto tem boas instalações e estava sempre bem limpo. Poderiam destacar um pouco mais como funciona a recepção e a utilização do estacionamento pois não havia onde parar o carro perto para fazer o 1o contato com o hotel. A ducha no banheiro poderia ter uma abertura normal, sem o temporizador.

Andra is an awesome host and the room was great
Andra is an amazing host and she helped us with everything we needed - and also gave us a lot of coffee, which we loved. She is definitely the star of the hotel. The room is perfect and I have absolutely no complaints at all. I will return to this hotel anytime I go to La Spezia

Very Convinient
I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and an equally short walk from just about everything you’d need! Restaurants, bars, grocery, it’s all a few blocks away! The rooms were super clean & the building seemed very secure (you have to go through 3 locked doors before you can even get to your room). The staff was super helpful (I’m SO SORRY I forgot her name) and very responsive. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family & friends!

A good option when visiting Cinque Terra. Food around was very good and cheaper compared to other touristic places in Italy.

Väldigt trevligt bemötande. Fick en välkomstkorg med lite frukt och nutella. Var lite mycket ljud från de andra rummen. Men helt klart ett bra ställe.

Excelente localização e bom custo beneficio
O hotel tem uma excelente localização: bem próximo da estação de trem. Boa base para passear por Cinque Terre e outras cidades, como Portovenere. Aliás, Portovenere foi uma dica da Andra, e adoramos. O quarto é pequeno, mas agradável. Há guarda roupas com bom espaço, geladeira e um bom ar condicionado. O banheiro tb é bom. Não há café da manhã, mas por dois euros se tem direito a um pão e a uma bebida quente em uma lanchonete próxima. A recepcionista, Andra, muito querida e eficiente. Se tivesse que reclamar de algo seria o fato de que no domingo o quarto não foi arrumado, mas isso não foi nada demais.

Anda was very gracious and helpful. The room was clean and good large. The hotel was centrally located in La Spezia and was a few blocks from the train station which allowed easy acces to the Cinque Terre towns.

Will stay again!
Near La Spezia central station, about 5 min or less walk to the place. Early check in, friendly reception staff, clean bed and clean toilet. Worth the value!

Très bien situé, rénové et confortable. Stationnement un peu complexe mais le personnel est très aidant et nous a accompagné au stationnement.
