„Had a delightful one-night stay at Tiko Lodge SXM a hidden gem away from the resort chaos. The peaceful ambiance, cleanliness, and warm hospitality of the hosts were impressive. The distant yet very close ocean sounds and fresh air created a serene atmosphere. Although I usually opt for big resorts, Tiko Lodge SXM has changed my perspective. I plan to return, hopefully for an extended stay. Only drawback: no TV in the room, hence the four-star rating.~~ Monet“

„We spent a week in St Martin almost every year since 2019, and Grand Case is the best home base during our visit. Villa Diamant offers privacy, security and the breathtaking views. It is very convenient to some of the best beaches, French restaurants and French bakeries on the island. The property manager, Eric, was very helpful providing information and assistance. „I was happy with my choice of the Fantastic Guest House. I stayed here for 5 nights and would have liked to stay longer, if I had had more time. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The rooms are at an affordable rate and for me it was all in all better than expected. I had a room with much space and good A/C as well as a very comfortable bed.
