Located on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a cosy sleeping area (with a large storage box under the bed for your belongings and suitcases), and a bathroom (with a shower).

Please note that Wi-Fi is currently being installed.

All rooms in the house are on one level.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a TV and a queen-size bed (160x200) (a blind is available to screen off the sleeping area)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, air fryer and microwave, toaster, hob…
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a washer-dryer
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A balcony to enjoy the fine weather

The studio is ideally situated in La Salle-les-Alpes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- L'Aravet bus stop, 400 metres from the flat,
serving routes to Briançon and Grenoble
– Nearest railway station: Briançon station, about 15 minutes’ drive away
