The backyard is perfect to have a private BBQ moment, smoking a Cigar, and relaxing while looking at the stars.

Guests have access to the front and backyard for themselves only.
The Pool is shared but it is just in front of the apartment which is very convenient so you can see your children from the front balcony.

It's the only one with a front yard, and it is on the first level.
When you return from the pool and you are happy after some drinks, there will not be an effort to get to the apartment or to climb stairs.
