The accommodation is located in the centre of the typical village of Los Pérez, the village has no services. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cash dispensers,… are at your disposal 5 kms away in the villages of La Roda de Andalucía or Alameda.



Accommodation rules

* Included in the price: reasonable consumption of water, electricity, and, gas. Bed linen and bath towels.

ATTENTION: Do not leave the air conditioning on if you are not in the accommodation or with open windows and doors. An improper use of energy can cause an extra cost for you.

* The charging service for electric vehicles is not included in the price of the rural house. If you need to use this service, please consult us for the applicable rates and conditions.

* Please leave the accommodation collected on your departure; leaving the accommodation untidy can cause an extra cleaning fee.

* Contact immediately with the contact person indicated in the booking confirmation for any needs you may have during your stay. Claims will be handled only during the stay.

* Parties, visits, or more people than those booked are not allowed except with prior notice and payment.

* Arrival and departure times to be agreed with the contact person. July and August, or with the entry of other travellers the same day: arrival after 4 PM and departure before 10 AM.

* The deposit is delivered on arrival and returned on departure if there are no damages.

* Cancellation policy in the confirmation of the booking voucher.

* It is mandatory to register all guests before arrival.
