Cocoonr offers this charming house for rent in La Richardais, which was completely restored by an interior designer in summer 2024.

With a surface area of 110 m², it can accommodate up to 10 travellers. It comprises a lovely 25 m² living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 600 m² garden.

Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is made up as follows:

- A 25 m² living room with TV and sofa.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140x200)
- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin
- Separate WC

First floor:

- Bedroom 3: two single beds forming a king-size bed (180x200) . We can prepare this room as two single beds but there will not be much space between the two beds. The right-hand side of the bed is under the sloping roof. -Bedroom 4: Two single beds (90x190) We can make this room into a double bed (180x190) on request.
- Bedroom 5: attic bedroom with a double bed (140x190) All bedrooms have their own storage space.
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following extras: washing machine, cot.

Outside :

- You will enjoy a lovely 600 m² enclosed garden to make the most of the fine weather.
Garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue are available.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday, while being perfectly connected to the main roads. You'll be within easy reach of key sites such as the Rance dam, Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan. This quiet, family-friendly area means you can make the most of your stay, combining relaxation with sightseeing.
Dinard market square is just 10 minutes away by car.
All shops and petrol stations are less than 5 minutes away by car.
