We were in town to attend a memorial service for my father at Arlington National Cemetery, and this was the perfect location: a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants, and only a few minutes to Arlington. „I get the carpet stains because of the color and allowing pets. The kitchen floor didn't feel clean. The 5 cup coffee pot never brewed correctly. We had no hand towels, and no dish soap which we went out and got. The bathroom door handle kept coming off. No curtains in the bathroom or living room. The 2 beds in the one bedroom are not Kings, but Queens. All of this can be easily fixed. However, not disclosing that this is an apartment and its up a steep set of stairs is unacceptable. „Home was ok. Very busy area, loud outside (cars revving engines near by all day/night, construction all over, chickens next door with roosters). Fenced yard is nice, however a privacy fence would be more enjoyable. Beds were doubles. Nicely updated home. Hot tub worked fine. Fire pit was nice, host confirmed/provided firewood.“

„Great location, very clean, super comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix, there were some board games too. There is a nice deck and backyard with a grill (we did not have time to use but looked great!) Host is so friendly, welcoming and very quick in responding to messages. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends/family.“

Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience.“
