„Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und weisst einen sehr hohen Standard aus. Es gibt einen Wintergarten welchen mann bei jedem Wetter geniessen kann. An Austattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Hausherrin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um Alles wenn man ein Anliegen/Frage hat. Die Ankunft und Abgabe war sehr unkompliziert. Wir konnten diese Wohnung in vollen Zügen geniessen. Einfach nur Empfehlenswert!“

„Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen in einer Fussgängerzone, wenige Schritte zu Restaurants, der wunderschönen Palmen-Allee und dem Strand. Alicante hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Stadt ist sehr gepflegt und bietet nebst einem sauberen Strand auch einen grossen schönen Schiffshafen. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, sauber und ideal für einen Wochenaufenthalt. Cosmoglobal war über "Whats App" immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank :-) “

„the apartment ist very nice and has everything you need. but it was completely dirty when we arrived. there was a lot of hair and sand in the bedsheets so we had to wash them before we could go to sleep. one of the bedrooms smelled as if someone had used it as a toilet. the windows and glass-tables had fingerprints all over and the dishes in the kitchen weren´t clean either. so we spend our first day of vacation washing and cleaning. the front door of the apartment is very complicated to open ...

„We really liked this property and as the weather was very hot the outside balcony as a welcome bonus. Also, we had a choice of using the lifts or stairs. The property is central to everywhere in Guardamar. The beach was within easy walking-distance, as were all the Restaurants, Shops, etc. The whole apartment was lovely and the 3 bedrooms were a very good size, with plenty of wardrobe space.
