"A group of family/friends enjoyed our stay at this house for the ECU Regional Baseball Tournament. It was an easy 20 minute drive to the ballpark. The house had 5 spacious bedrooms and plenty of living space for everyone to gather. The patio/sunroom area was a nice area for the early risers to catch up while others slept in undisturbed. "This was our first time ever booking on VRBO. My husband is completely against them as we watch too many horror movies. But the stay here has changed his mind. The house was just as the pictures we saw. The property manager was always available. It was nice and spacious and clean. We barely were there as we were in town for a family reunion. "My family and I stayed here to attend the NC Pickle Festival. This townhome was exceptionally clean with modern decor and plenty of bathrooms! The neighborhood felt safe and was ~25 minute easy drive from the festival in Mount Olive. We particularly enjoyed the living room set up with the sectional for seating and a very big TV. This was perfect for the 5 of us and we had a great time!!"

"This property is perfect for a family attending any events @ East Carolina University. Its far away enough to get away from the chaos of Greenville and an easy drive to campus.
