„Fabulous! Clean and well appointed throughout. Plenty of space for seven adults and a dog to gather and spread out. Beautiful rural property which is a surprisingly short drive to town. This one was hard to leave on our last day. The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming. Always just a call away when we had a question. We’d love to stay here again. “

„We so enjoyed the views, weather, and deck. We spent a majority of the time sitting out on the deck visiting (although we did sneak in a few games of pool which was a riot!). We loved seeing the barges, trains, and wildlife. The kitchen had everything you could need and more! We slept great on the comfy beds. It was a lovely stay - we hope to be back!“

„This was a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We were in the area for a long weekend of exploring the bluff country on bicycles and motorcycles and Houston is a good central point to take off from. The house itself was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. It could use a little more seating but is overall a great place to stay.“

„This was a very quaint, well kept little house, and it was perfect for our group and the best part was that it had a first class trout stream right in the backyard. And we actually caught a few fish. Loved this place and would like to go there again.“
