This residence features a large swimming pool and a shaded pergola where you can enjoy your meals.

The house is fully air-conditioned and offers every comfort to accommodate families (with or without children) or friends, as well as any pets they may bring. It is located in a very quiet and residential old hamlet. Therefore, groups of young partygoers who might disturb the neighborhood are not welcome.

This is a traditional 19th-century building built of Périgord stone, situated on a high point and offering a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.

Inside: a kitchen opening onto the living and dining room, four bedrooms with double beds (three of which are 160x200 cm and one of 140x200 cm), and two bathrooms.

Outside: a private (not shared) heated 50 m² swimming pool in a lush green setting with eight deckchairs, a pergola with a charcoal barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a pétanque court.

For leisure and sightseeing, everything is possible in the surrounding area; you'll be spoiled for choice! In addition to its countryside and rivers perfect for strolls, its caves and chasms inviting exploration, the Périgord Noir offers its unique historical heritage with its preserved architecture, as can be admired in Terrasson, Montignac, Sarlat, and its thousand castles, gardens, churches, abbeys, and priories.

House Rules:

Bed linens are provided, but not bath or hand towels.

An optional €90 end-of-stay cleaning fee is available.

Birthdays and other celebrations are prohibited to avoid any disturbance.
A €500 deposit is required on the day of arrival to cover any property damage or disturbance to the neighborhood, particularly after 11 p.m. Indeed, nighttime noise is strictly prohibited and may result in the full retention of the deposit and a police report.

The swimming pool is open from May 15th to September 30th.

A €10/night supplement applies during the winter period (November 1st to April 15th) to cover heating costs. This supplement is not included in the price indicated in the listing and must be paid on site.

Holiday vouchers are accepted upon request.

Pets are welcome, up to two pets per pet, provided they are respectful of the property.
