Als würde man in seiner eigenen Wohnung wohnen.
Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, bei dem man nicht das Gefühl hat in einem Hotel mit viel Service und drum herum zu wohnen, sondern wirklich als würde man in seiner eigenen Wohnung im Herzen Kyotos wohnen. Ich fühlte mich sofort mehr als willkommen beim Betreten des Apartments. Vom abholen der Schlüssel, übers einmalige Anmelden in der Rezeption, bis zum Einrichten der Internetverbindung und benutzen des Safes hat alles sehr unkompliziert und komplett reibungslos funktioniert. Bei Problemen oder Fragen steht auch jederzeit im Eingangsbereich ein Telefon mit dem direkt mit der Rezeption kontakt aufgenommen werden kann. Ich kann dieses Apartment jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, der Kyoto authentisch erleben und genießen möchte. In der Nähe befinden sich auch viele gute Restaurants und die Bahn und Busverbindungen sind auch fantastisch.

Familienfreundlich in U-Bahnnähe
Nicht im direkten Stadtzentrum gelegen, aber nahe der U-Bahn. Guter Ausgangspunkt für touristische Ausflüge. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile und nahe gelegener Supermarkt für Selbstversorger. Technik funktionierte einwandfrei, einzig die Lüftung ist bisweilen ein wenig laut. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wichtig: Die Rezeption ist NICHT im Gebäude, sondern in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Das bekommt man zwar wie wir fanden verständlich per Email mitgeteil, während unseres Aufenthaltes standen aber immer wieder Gäste vor der Tür die dies offensichtlich überlesen hatten.

check in was super easy with the office located next to the main station. apartment was spacious and the beds were really comfy. on the 4 weeks in spent in Japan i had. my best sleep in this apartment. would definitely go there again

The check-in process was located away from the property but we were given very clear instructions on where to go. The whole process was very smooth and easy and the provided shuttle to the property was awesome. The room itself was very clean and all amenities were easy to find. A coin laundry was located in the building and instructions on how to use them were clear. Would have been nice to have a coin exchange. There was a currency exchange machine but as the laundry machines only took coins, it was occasionally difficult to find enough coins.

It’s a good place. The only thing is taxi drivers can’t find this hotel. I dont know why. But it’s a very convenient hotel. With everything inside each rooms like kitchen utensils. You can even cook in the room theres an electric range. Bathroom’s nice too

Very well thought out studio type hotel room, with extra touches to make ones stay convenient like a hot plate, separate sink for washing dishes and food, microwave, etc... Location was excellent. The check in process of being off-site is cumbersome if you are not going through Kyoto station already, however they were helpful and being able to store luggage while site seeing prior to check in was appreciated. Great stay overall!

The apartment type hotel was perfect. It was small but efficient. It had a little kitchen equipped with everything we needed to cook, a microwave, stove top, hot pot, pan, dishes, utensils, and fridge. Even had a washer. Near grocery store and eateries. Train station in walking distance. The only glitch is the check in counter was a bit away. It's across Kyoto station and closed at 2000. It required us to take a short trip on a train to get to it the next day as we arrived after closing. Not too big a deal. We'll definitely stay again.

Six nights in Kyoto at Resi Stay Higashiyama Sanjo
We stayed for 6 nights in Kyoto. The Resi Stay is a appartment hotel with a functional kitchen, utensils and a clothes washer. Great for a longer stay. Very well located and close to all major bus routes. Large size with a small dining table so makes an in-house meal possible. Highly recommended.

駅前のチェックインカウンターに行かなければならず、他の同タイプホテルは現地で出来たので一つマイナスにしました。 宿泊ホテルは場所、設備共に概ね満足してます。自宅のようにゆっくりと滞在できました。 換気扇の埃、排水溝の匂い、トイレの芳香剤のキツさが気になり換気を強めにしていましたので、この点がなければ満点です。 毎年京都には出張しますので、また利用したいホテルです。

A great place to stay near downtown Kyoto
An excellent value (we got a special rate for choosing the "no cancellation" option) within walking distance of a lively part of downtown Kyoto and the subway. Room, beds, shower, and kitchen were all good. The Reception/Check-in office was a little tricky to find at night -- maybe a big lit-up sign outside the office building would help? But the staff were friendly and helpful and it was convenient getting a shuttle ride to the actual hotel from the Reception Office. We stayed 17 days in total in Japan and 3 nights here -- this was probably our best hotel, especially for the price.
