Zimmer sehr geräumig und hell. Sehr entgegenkommendes Personal; aufgrund einer Flugverspätung kamen wir sehr spät im Hotel an, man hatte noch auf uns gewartet. Etwas unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer, Duschen in der Whirlpoolbadewanne ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man erst rausfinden muss wie man sich hinstellen soll ohne auszurutschen.

Leider nicht wieder
Ich war etwas überrascht da es so gar nicht den Bildern entspricht. Immerhin war es sauber. Leider war so ziemlich alles defekt im Bad was defekt sein kann. Zudem durften wir in der Nacht um 3 Uhr noch das Bett selber anziehen. Lokation ist gut. Pflege des Appartmentsund Service miserabel.

Unser Apartment war in einem Nebengebäude, was wohl dem ukrainischen Standard entspricht. Der Fahrstuhl war für maximal zwei Personen ausgelegt, dann aber ohne Koffer 😅 aber definitiv mal eine Erfahrung wert dieses zu nutzen. Das Apartment an sich war definitiv besser als erwartet. Mir hat im Bad der Föhn gefehlt! Bei der Badewanne nagte ein wenig der Zahn der Zeit, aber ansonsten war alles sonst soweit in Ordnung.

Good Location, but bad general condition
First of all I've booked a basic room and I'm writing this review on the full understanding of what a basic room entails. Obviously other apartments might be better. positive: The room had all required neccessities, and even a ironing board and properly equipped kitchen. The presence of a jacuzzi-style bathtub big enough for 2 was also surprising. Very good location neutral: The mattress was very unconfortable, but so were other mattresses I've experienced in Ukraine so that might be a local thing. There was only 1 main light and no bedside lamps. There was only a light curtain for the window so it was already very bright early in the morning. The reception is hard to find in the dark because you cannot see the sign - trust Google maps and your instinct. negative: The bathroom smelled like sewage for the entiretly of our stay. When we entered the apartment a smell of fresh paint and something unidentifiable hit us and stayed with us for approximately the next 24 hours. Complaining was useless as the receptionist barely spoke english and it was midnight and we just wanted to sleep. the next evening we used the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the drain or overflow leaked and upon finishing we had about 1cm of water on the entire bathroom floor which we had to clean up with a towel. All in all I can only recommend not to book the basic room! Personally I consider my negative points unacceptable even for a basic accomodation at this price range.

Our most advantage is our location , also we have quite good apartment quality, but please note you have booked the apart-hotel: it means yes, we do have 24/7 reception here and yes, we settled in the resident house , but we have no the concierge at the main entrance to meet you. You may call to the reception and our duty can meet you , but there is no separate staff for meeting. Thank you again and have a nice day.

Please note if you can not use the shower please ask about this , same about cleaning - at the check-in everything was fine, and after you decided room is too expensive it becomes dirty. Fand das Appartment ganz toll, da es wirklich Privatsphaere geboten hat. Fand es grossartig, dass es eine ausgestattete Kueche gehabt hat. Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber und aufgeraeumt. Das einzige Problem war, dass die im Bad vorhandene Badewanne mit eingebauter Dusche und zusaetzlichen Funktionen, nur als simple Badewanne benutzt werden konnte, da kein einziger Knopf oder Programm funktioniert hat.

It’s not really boutique hotel, more like houtige room in old building. On arrival there was nobody at reception and after calling a while later someone came an rudely showed us to our room. Garbage bags on the floor in front of room door was a put off. Inside room was nice. We had power failure and after calling the reactions was “what do want us to do, it will come one some time today…..” we were due to check out in a few hours and was without light and power. The entrance is right next to migration office and have to jump that que to get to entrance door. Not good enough. Try something else instead, we will choose another place next time.

Worst hotel ever
Worst Hotel i've stayed at in my life, apartment through a dark alleyway and down an unpaved road , up stairs that stank of mold , an elevator that was from the old ages that most of the time didnt work so had to walk up the stairs , the apartment was not as the pictures shown , television didnt work, airconditining leaked , safe had no key , no coffee or tea . The reception is in a separate building that you have to remember a code to enter if i hadnt payed in advance i would have left and gone somewhere else . A hostel would have been better

Better than expected
The impression when we arrived was better than we expected, We had Luxury Apartment A2, it was really spacious, really really clean, furnitures are superb quality, that is not the cheap ones from ikea, but real wood. Everything like in the description. Perfect location, just 1 minute walk from underground entrance, and in walking distance to all major attractions. The only drawback is that the room is just behind the reception, hoverer it is quite good soundproofed, but still you can hear if someone is checking in or entering the area. Also windows face the yard, where especially at weekends there is a spot for people who drink and speak loudly.

Очень уютный, светлый, тёплый номер. Удобная кровать, в номере есть кухня, мини холодильник, посуда. Отличная локация отеля, в пешей доступности от самого центра города. Есть только одно замечание по уборке - недостаточно чисто, под шкафчиком в ванной очень много грязи

Dear madam/sir, Please note it is a cruel to give false information. Even it is only a review on the website you need to be fair. We do not know what hidden motives you have, but it is offensive to see this. We do have hot water and of course we changed towels daily and the bed sheet are changing every 3 nights.

Thank you for your staying and your review. Please note we have English-speaking administrator, which available 24 hours, it means that you have spoken with cleaning staff who successfully are solving a lot of questions even with poor English and they always can accompany you to the administrator . Yes, elevator is pretty small but funny and works prompt. Have a nice evening and always welcome to our apart-hotel.

Snyggt
Fin och ren lägenhet belägen centralt i Kiev. Personalen kunde knappt engelska och när vi skulle checka ut fanns ingen i receptionen varför vi fick skriva en lapp om att vi behövde åka till flygplatsen.

Convenient location close to metro and walkable to downtown and many cafes and restaurants. The view was terrible, old building across was under construction with broken windows and the courtyard filled with people loitering around. A little strange, but okay experience.
