Schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal. Lage ruhig, das Zentrum ist trotzdem auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zwei mal am Tag fährt ein kostenloser Shuttle zu verschiedenen Stopps. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vergleichsweise klein aber gut. Die zugehörigen Restaurants sind auch super.

Perfekter Start in den Urlaub
Etwas entfernt vom Strand, der aber in 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist oder mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle 2mal am Tag. Dafür aber sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Super Frühstücksbuffet!

Service top,Hotel und Restaurant auch absolut ok, allerdings empfanden wir es als störend wenn abends um 22 Uhr die Servicekräfte mit Funkgeräten und schreiend über den Flur laufen, auch ist das Housekeeping nicht ganz leise am frühen Morgen. Deswegen hier nur 4 Sterne.

Schönes Hotel in Kuta City
Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Kuta in einer recht guten Lage und sehr ruhig, da es durch eine lange Einfahrt von der Straße getrennt wird. Man wird herzlich empfangen und das Hotel ist sauber und Modern. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Badezimmer könnte etwas optimiert werden. (Z.B. ein hören Wasserhahn, warmes Wasser und einen stärkeren Fön) Aber schaut man darüber hinweg, war es in Allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Property was Good staff was excellent great people great service. Apart from one incident when I have booked my tour through hotel and asked them to pack my box for breakfast but driver was late and other people having breakfast so I thought I can have some juice and bread but one staff came and asked me not to eat because they have packed my 😊 Rice box. I believe there is way to approach your customer’ I returned my lunch box. Very embarrassing moment. Otherwise, great staff, very helpful

2人1部屋朝食付きで約5000円で泊まりました。 プールも綺麗で、朝食も美味しく満足なクオリティーです。タクシーもチャーターしてくれるので大変助かります。 ホテル周辺の治安があまりよくはない(バイクの飛び出しが危険、歩行者がいるのは基本無視)ので、注意は必要です。

I stayed there for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and clean, the staff where always helpful and friendly and on my rest days when I wasn't site seeing, I made good use of the pool and hotel restaurant which to my surprise was very reasonably priced compared to so many tourist traps. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is difficult to do in the heat but only a 5 minute grab ride away. It's location was hidden off the main busy streets so you don't hear hardly any noise. It's a 7 minute walk away from a huge shopping mall which is tricky to get to by foot as you have to cross a busy motorway through a series of sketchy zebra crossings and there is conveniently a Circle K just outside the hotel.

We spent 2 nights here between flights in Bali. Close to the galleria to buy last minute things, close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again.

This is such a lovely hotel, I stay here every time I visit Bali. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, which makes each stay a pleasure. The hotel is set away from the main road so there is no traffic noise at all. It is well kept inside and out, with the staff taking great care to keep the environment clean and tidy.

The Jana has great staff and reasonable rooms at a reasonable price. Have stayed there twice now and will stay again , it’s a 5 $ cab fare to waterbom park.

Wonderful stay at The Kana. Staff were exceptional and always so friendly willing to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. Hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms can use a little updating but overall great stay.

Special thanks to waitress Novita and housekeeper Putra for all of their hard work during our stay. Our stay at the Kana was absolutely bliss. Nice sized pool, with poolside dining and drinks available. Staff always keen to help wherever possible. Free bottled water supplied on daily room clean. Bonus of cheap buffet breakfast add on which was worth the extra cost. Only downside was that the bathroom tap was too close to the basin edge so went all over the bench but that’s very minuscule

It was amazing to stay at the hotel. The rooms are not that modern but the service is just exquisite. Staff always carrying a smile on their face. Rooms are kept clean and the breakfast buffet is the best we ever had!!!
