gutes Businesshotel
Prinzipiell handelt es sich um ein gutes Hotel. Wohneinheiten mit eigenem Pool - leider deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Aufgrund der Lage für eine geschäftliche Reise sehr gut geeignet - als Badehotel nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.

The room was lovely ,pool was very clean . Service was great . Breakfast was good . A little bit far from everything but great if you just want to relax . A few minor things that could be repaired like blind in room was missing slats . Just small things that let down a beautiful room . But overall very happy .

The property is par excellent in all ways.
The rooms were very clean and tidy.
The private pool also was very clean and well maintained including the garden. Its full privacy at the private pool villa . We also enjoyed our private pool and villa decorations with flowers as it was our first wedding anniversary. The dinner served on the occassion was superb and it was a evening to remember. Above all special thanks to Dayu who took great care of me and my wife and made us feel very comfortable. Will be visiting again with my family very soon.

Matka ystävän kanssa
Hotelli oli hyvin vanhanaikainen ja huone oli suoraan 90-luvulta muovikukkineen ja korkkimattoineen. Huone oli myös hyvin pimeä, eikä valoa juuri tullut ulkoa. Terassi ja uima-allaskaan eivät olleet ihan 2000-luvulla ja jotenkin koko tunnelma oli hyvin vanhanaikainen ja tunkkainen. Kylpyhuoneeseen ei ollut ovea ja lähistöllä tehtiinkin viemäritöitä ja viemäri tuoksuikin koko huoneessa. Itse hotellihuone oli hiljainen, mutta poistuessasi hotellista päädyit tielle, jossa oli erittäin kova liikenne ja lähialue oli aika sotkuista ja kova metelinen. Ainoastaan lähistöllä oleva ostoskeskus " BaliMall" oli hyvä. En suosittele tätä hotellia. Onneksi olimme vain yhden yön.

여행일정을 미리 정하고 2~3달 전쯤 결제해서 일단 저렴한 가격에 풀빌라에 머무를 수 있었고.
시설이 약간 노후되긴 하였으나 가격대비 최상임
꾸따 해변에선 살짝 거리가 있고 외진 곳이긴 하나~
디스커버리몰(꾸따해변)까지 셔틀버스를 운행하고 있고
도보로 다닐 수 있는 거리에 DFS와 빌라봉 아울렛 등이 있어 쇼핑족들에게 좋을 듯함
DFS는 택시타고 가면 택시비를 DFS에서 대납해주고 있으며, 1시간전에 미리 예약해 놓으면 호텔까지 셔틀차량으로 드롭서비스를 해줌

Not the best villa
Bali is a place where I visit every year with my wife and we will pick private pool villa for our accomodation. Lavender villa is considered one of the poor villa I have stayed. The villa is poorly located which the nearest convenient store is a distance away. Room is big but does not come with a small kitchen. Room is infested with mosquitoes. The side gate that leads to kuta beach is closed at 11pm which is quite a walk to the front gate. The spa service is very pricey.

Own pool was best asset.
Nothing flash about room, very basic, old bathroom and toilet. The large bath took too long to be filled up, it also had the spa jets but did not work, very disappointed about that. Mosquitos everywhere. Glad had mossie net over bed and coils provided. The aircon I think was on its last legs. Head reception lady was wonderful!! All other staff were 'ok'.
Food very basic. I think we were the only English speaking people there. Owner is Korean, so many Korean guests.
Was on main airport road although was far enough back that we did not hear traffic noise.

Utmerket hotell med utmerket service
Utmerket service hele døgnet, den minste feil blir rettet opp innen 5 minutter. Savnet en sofa for å sitte i på hotellrommet og at dusjestangen hadde vært litt høyere. Det ble skiftet sengkær og håndduker hver eneste dag, rommet ble også vasket hver eneste dag.
Ikke noe form for bråk av noe slag på hotellet under oppholdet vårt. Ett utmerket hotell for par som er ferdig med å reise for å se og oppleve Bali og som er ferdig med å dra ut på byen for å feste om kveldene.
Mye god og spennende mst i restauranten, vi spiste som regel middag der hver kveld.
Spa avdelingen var en opplevelse i seg selv, anbefales på det sterkeste.
Skal bo på dette hotelket neste gang jeg skal til Bali!!

The hotel itself and the staff I generally had no problem with. My only issue with the room was the lack of water pressure and hot water.
My biggest issue is with the location. It is situated right on the extremely busy bypass which is even busier now cause they are building a new underpass. A taxi from the hotel took me at least an hour during the day and 2 hours during peak. That was after waiting 30-40 minutes for it
If you want to go to legian, Kuta etc every day this is not the hotel for you as the transport issue, which is no fault of the hotel, does get frustrating day after day

Good hotel if you need somewhere close to the airport. Our party of 7 arrived very late at night but were made welcome. It's on a busy road, however once inside the hotel you don't hear any traffic noise. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, cheap room for the night then it ticks all these boxes. If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not the hotel for you!
The restaurant is open 24hrs and has a reasonable menu on offer.

Ok hotell för den som inte är kräsen. Detta hotell är bara 3 stjärnigt, vilket står i informationen som man får på rummet. Rummet är stort m bra ac. Dock ingen ac på toan. Toan är för övrigt väldigt sliten o vi hade ett badkar som var trasigt. Frukosten bestod av toast, flingor, ris o frukt. Hela hotellområdet är väldigt nergånget, men rent. Poolen använde vi inte pga att den var smutsig. Fint spa m bra behandlingar.
Jag kommer inte bo här igen o största anledning är att det ligger för långt ifrån centrum o stranden.

This hotel is not close to Kuta Beach at all. Much less walking distance. Lots of construction work going on the road in front of it so forget going out for a walk. Got a room on the third floor and no elevator. The stafff was helpful and friendly, like all Balinese. Lots of surf oultets close by is the only plus.

Nice and friendly staff, it was very welcoming.
The hotel must had been the splended LUXURY accomodation in 3 decades before, and it must have been hard to keep up the maintanance.
Bathroom, especially the shower needs to be upgraded, I guess...and we had water drops within the room from the Air-conditioning....

We found the hotel a lot better than some 5stars we have been in. The staff were always helpful and accomodating. The room was always kept clean and air rated yes a beautiful stay would reccomend it to any of our friends. Also loved the buffet breakfasts.

Extremely poor Hotel stay in Bali
The holiday started off badly as we arrived at Bali airport at round about 5.00am and noone from the hotel to meet us as per arrangement. After several calls and another 3 hour wait, we were picked-up after 08.00am. Arriving at the hotel we could only book in after 2.00pm and were not even offered water to drink. We left our suitcase and took a stroll through Kuta on arriving back at the hotel after 2.00pm we could only get one of the rooms and had to wait for another 2 hours plus before we could get the 2nd room. The cleanliness of both rooms were dreadful and the bathrooms were really bad with nowhere to put your vanity or hang towels, it had to be placed on the floor. There were no showers just a showerhead over the bath, which was an oval bath in the centre of the room, without any shower curtain to keep the water from flooding the floor which in turn flooded your vanity and towels and clothing.
After complaining to the Duty manager it was said that they would upgrade us to other rooms, these rooms however were exactly the same as the previous.
We then decided to cancel our booking but still had to pay for rooms that were not what were advertised, dirty and that we did not even use. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as further there is a stinking sestput of a river flowing through the hotel grounds, which could be smelled from anywhere in the grounds.
