Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und wieder retour zum Flughafen an. Personal sehr freundlich und Zimmer sauber.Frühstück vorwiegend für Asiaten. Kingsizbett 1.60 m, also sehr schmal. Putzpersonal fängt schon um 8 Uhr morgens mit dem Zimmer machen an, d.h. alle sind wach durch den Lärm. Sehr hellhörig. Die asiatischen Reisegruppen sind zwischen 21.00-23.00 eingefallen und haben danach 2 Stunden gelärmt. Von Zimmer zu Zimmer über den Gang geschrien. Um 5.30 morgens der selbe Wirbel. Kein Wohlfühlfaktor in diesem Hotel. Pool samt Bar am Hotel in Ordnung. Man konnte auch den Pool und Liegen vom angrenzenden Hotel Holiday Inn Resort benutzen.

Nachdem wir nach dem Patra Bali und Aston aufgrund Ausgebuchtheit erneut zum Umzug gezwungen waren, sind wir hier gelandet. Im Holiday Inn Express erhält man einen guten Standart, der vergleichsweise erheblich kleinere Zimmer, ein etwas verändertes Frühstücksangebot (fehlende Köche, die z. B. frische Eierspeisen oder andere frische Speisen zubereiten) aufweist. Der Service ist excellent. Mir wurde aufgrund einer Erkältung ein Gingertea kostenlos aufs Zimmer gebracht. Speziell hier wird vom obersten Stockwerk ein schöner Pool mit einem tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer geboten. Interessanterweise wird die günstige Bar am Pool erst nachmittags besetzt und dennoch ist das Mitbringen von Getränken untersagt! Fazit: gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Thwy supplied a complimentary pick up from the airport. Bedding was great including 2 options for pullows..soft/firm. Given a complimentary drink voucher. Brekky was lovely...especially the omlettes. It was my husbands birthday so there was a fruit platter on our room arrival. Would torally recommend.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were a bit dirty when we checked in. I feel the sheets were not changed so the next day I left the card for them to changed it. I took out the pillowcases to be washed and when we came back it looks like a fresh one was put on our bed. Overall experience satisfied.

As a gold member in the month of May I got an excellent price! Initially I was interested in the Holiday Inn Resort, however due to the price decided on the Holiday Inn Express, was not disappointed. I booked two rooms and although there was a small issue with one room, the management smoothed it over with swift attention. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! Dinner we could eat at the two resort restaurants anyway and we enjoyed the Spa service. Pool is on the top floor and the view is amazing! Shout out to Ketut for exceptional attention at breakfast, Staff are A1 in the kitchen. IHG has the best budget hotel that I have stayed at in Bali with this diamond!

The Holiday Inn Express is exactly as advertised. It is probably the ONLY hotel with a SHUTTLE and close to DPS. Ideal for late arrival or early departure. Bed was comfortable and breakfast MADE TO ORDER available. Priced very well. IHG rewards.

Staffs are very friendly; they attend to our requests in a timely manner. After our requests were met there’s always follow up calls from manager. Breakfasts are impressive, every day there are fresh local fruit for you to choose from. The shower stall door is heavy and too shallow that water overflows and floods the bathroom floor. Roof top swimming pool has a great view of the ocean where you can enjoy the sunset easily.

The property is well run, spotlessly clean Breakfast is excellent for the price The only issue is noise. As this is an airport hotel people begin to move at 4.00 am to catch early flights. It’s hard to sleep because the noise carries. On the other hand the beds are very comfortable and the beach front is a bonus

Everything was great except there is no soundproofing between rooms. We could hear our neighbors talk and the people above us made so much noise walking around.

We really enjoyed our short visit! I would love to come back and stay longer. The hotel is in a perfect location, we took a nice, sidewalk path, shaded, walk along the beach to the shopping mall and back. Very close to restaurants and convenience stores. And the free breakfast was absolutely fabulous!

공항 정시 무료 셔틀. 조식 무료 다양한 음식 많고 맛있음. 객실 작지만 깨끗하고 샴푸, 바디워시, 핸드워시 거품 잘 나고 좋음. 비치까지 도보 5분. 웰컴 드링크로 루프탑바 칵테일, 목테일 제공하나 아이 먹을 수 있는 것이 아쉬움. 프로모션으로 저녁 식사(palms) 제공 받았는데 에피타이저, 메인, 디저트 좋음. 루프톱바 수영장에서 보는 비행기, 선셋 맛집임.
