„Super Hotel. Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt (vorher anmelden), der Fahrer war äusserst freundlich und zeigte uns, wo es sicher ist für Touristen. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gross und lecker. Der Pool hat uns auch gut gefallen. Liegestühle und Tücher stehen zur Verfügung. “

„Nice Hotel with a good breakfast, but most of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak English and I got charched twice (once by Expedia, and the Hotel wanted to pay me again). Finally I got the money back but it needed two more visits at the Hotel until I got the money back. “

„Wunderbares Hotel für einen Stopover in Guayaquil. Sehr guter Standard: ein riesengroßes Zimmer (2 Queensizebetten) mit ebenso großem Bad und tollen Blick über die Stadt. Abends habe ich noch am Pool gelegen; der ist nicht sehr groß, reicht aber zur Erfrischung. Fitnessstudio gibt es ebenfalls. Äußerst nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Da wir am nächsten Tag früh nach Galapagos weitergereist sind, haben wir das Frühstück leider nicht probiert, aber es sah aus als blieben keine Wünsche übrig.“

„We stayed at this lovely hotel for two nights, on our way to the Galapagos. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Pool in courtyard looked so inviting but we were so busy that we never used it. The hotel is just across the street from Melancon. We gave this hotel a 4 for two reasons. Our safe did not work (but not really needed) and the wi-fi was variable. „The owners of the hotel are very kindly. I was only there for one night/day but I would defintly come back. The evening I was able to eat typical ecuadorian , self cooked food. The next day the flight was in the evening and I could give them my backpack so I could easily go to city. They also gave me a card so I was able to take the metrovia.
