Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude, alles war sehr sauber, modern und ruhig. Kaffee Kapseln und Maschine sind im Zimmer vorhanden. "

"Das Hotel liegt günstig mit vielen Transfer Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frühstück ist hervorragend mit einer großzügigen Auswahl. Zimmer sehr groß und sauber, dafür könnte das Bad etwas größer sein. Statt Badewanne lieber Dusche. Badewanne hat kleine Mängel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend."

"My stay at Eurostars Universal Lisbon was a true pleasure! Started from the check-in where I was welcomed warmly. The room I got was on the 8th floor and was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. The Rooftop is also nice, even if the pool is not too big I had no problem of getting a place to refresh myself. The location is a little off if you want to go to the city centre of Lisbon but with Uber or the Metro it‘s not too bad (20-30 minutes), but if you explore the surrounding area you will see that it‘s also very nice with a lot of different Restaurants, a big shopping centre (Vasco da Gama) and a nice Seafront where you can stroll. I would recommend this hotel at any time. Thanks very much, I will come again!!"
