The staff of the house are warm, inviting, and exceptionally professional. We loved the location along the water - close access for beach walks and shopping, yet plenty of quiet and privacy while still steps away from activity. Forodhani House is a very special place and our group was honored by our experience!“

„The location is great. But the property owner wasn't honoring expedia booking . Since it was late (5:30pm) , he allowed me to stay one night but next day I had to check out. Overpriced for the quality or upkeep of the lace. It is great for people looking for unconventional family owned traditional set up but a non for business travellers. Only one electrical point for charging in one room was another turndown “

It’s impossible to choose a favorite dish but his curries are world class and biryani a MUST have. Paul helped us navigate Lamu. He is the man about about town.
