It was easy to buy and I saw the difficulties while I was doing check in.
First of all pictures which expedia was showing was quite unrealistic. It looks perfect but once I entered the room, I saw it was too much filtered.
Positive Hotel Service:
-Cleaning of the rooms and restourant waitresses.
-Clean sheets everyday and towels ( I am satisfied because I really did not expected that they will even do that)
-The guy in the reception in our last night was helping us very proffesional
Negative Rooms &Hotel Service:
- Check in process was a chaos where the hotel staff did not have any respect to the customer. I was booking sea-view room and hotel staff at the reception told me there is no possible room for that time.
Sorry, but why did I pay extra money to Expedia just to get a sea view room and at the end how can hotel tell me there is no availability??? And then she (receptionist from Asena Hotel, Kusadasi) started blaming Expedia and Hotel Asena relation, started blaming cleaning lady who does not prepare the room.
Sorry but It was the worst ever!!!
- There is no communication between cleaning staff and reception staff. I am waiting for the room and they were just trying to fix the issue there...
- Whomever gave 3 stars for this hotel it looked like a pension. I was really impressed with the cleaning after that much negative thing. Old gas television which we have not even turn it on, fridge was old and rusty (in two rooms which we booked)
