The Space:

Set among the tropical rainforest of Kuranda, this private two-storey villa offers four bedrooms, spacious indoor and outdoor living, and exclusive use of the swimming pool, deck and fire pit.



The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests:



• Master bedroom with 1 King bed and rainforest views

• Three additional bedrooms, each with 1 Queen bed

• Four dedicated bedrooms—no sofa beds or shared sleeping spaces

• Two bathrooms



Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding greenery and fill the open-plan living and dining area with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances and everything needed for leisurely breakfasts, poolside drinks and relaxed dinners at home.



Outside, cool off in the private swimming pool, unwind on the expansive deck, enjoy a barbecue surrounded by rainforest, or gather around the outdoor fire pit beneath the evening sky.

Please be aware that the property is accessed via one flight of external stairs leading to the entrance. The villa is arranged over two levels, with an additional flight of stairs inside. There is no step-free access, so the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



There is also an open, unfenced pond within the garden. Combined with the swimming pool and multiple flights of stairs, this means the property is not suitable for young children. Children staying at the property must be at least 12 years old and supervised around all outdoor areas.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, private swimming pool, deck, garden and fire pit throughout their stay.



Self check-in provides a simple and flexible arrival, while ample private parking is available for multiple vehicles. The property also features a security and alarm system.



As public transport is limited, a car is strongly recommended for exploring Kuranda and the surrounding Tropical North Queensland region.



Other Things to Note:

This is a genuine rainforest retreat, where the sights and sounds of nature are part of the experience. Guests may encounter birds, butterflies, frogs, geckos, insects and other native wildlife around the property.



Due to the open, unfenced garden pond, swimming pool and multiple flights of stairs, the property is not suitable for young children. Children staying at the villa must be at least 12 years old and supervised around all outdoor areas.



The private swimming pool is not heated, and its temperature varies naturally with the weather and season. Use of the outdoor fire pit is subject to weather conditions and any local fire restrictions or bans.



Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. For reservations longer than 14 nights, a mid-stay clean and linen change are mandatory at a cost of $250 per service.
