A MUST READ REVIEW

Not-so-good, the cheapest rooms of 6 & 24 beds smells bad, dusty & got my body itchy. Need to provide thick bedsheet to cover the bed's foul smell, some air purifyer & better pillows; thou I know that's what ya would get for the lowest price in town & plus, free wifi. The bathroom aren't divided to male/female guests & hot/cold shower are broken. Guess it works for a 1-night stay & make sure to take care of ya belongings. Some good things are that shops, restaurants & transportation services are nearby. Importantly, do separate men & women to avoid any unwanted case (to: Fernloft)

Bed Bugssssss....that were totally sleepless nights when staying in Fernloft!!! I couldn't have a good sleep because of the bed bugs! It was very itchy and could not bear it anymore! The next day I requested to change my bed, but it is still the same...Looks like the hotel is flooded by the bed bugs already, seriously they should hire pest expertise to clean it. I saw the reviews about the bed bugs too, now i trust the reviews since I experienced it too. I will never ever visit this hotel again!

nice place to stay

nice place to stay and meet a lot of strangers became friends here and nice rooftop to sit and staff was friendly and suggesting a lot of places thank you and gokl bus is their which it will go some famous places for free of coast i will visit again

nice roof top and staff was friendly make a lots of friend over there nice breakfast booked mix dormitory bed with price 18, clean toilets, friendly staffs, got own charging sockets near the bed, got huge locker but rmbr bring own locker key. this hotel near LRT & free bus (pink)

Dirty cheap terrible bed

Felt terrible. Bed was very dirty, smelly. I don't understand who gives fair rate to this cheap hostel. Better to spend 2~3$ and get 100 times more clean and neat place makes feel comfortable and fresh.

Fernloft had great helpful, friendly staff, breakfast standard, wifi stunk, what would keep from ever going again was that airconditioning only on in room at night; but what was worse than worse that windows left open all day and closed just after sundown allowing EVERY MOSQUITO for kilometers around to come into room. I got literally hundreds of bites every night, which I eventually reduced to dozens by getting bug spray, but it was hopeless, other guests confirmed same...

Get what you pay for

This place was super cheap for a reason, there was no mattress, just a mat on a metal frame in a big dorm. The whole place smelled. The bathrooms were disgusting. I never saw the staff anywhere but at the desk. Once I came back to discover a stranger laying on my bed with his shirt off. When I asked for clean sheets to put on my bed, they did not smell clean and they were well worn. The wifi was really slow. Only Positive was how close it was to the pAsar seni station...and how cheap it was...

とにかく安い。そして駅から近い。が、南京虫いました。しかもいくつかのベットにいたようで夜な夜な騒いでました。スタッフはインド人で対応も良くない。

All beds need new clean mattresses. I don't believe there is a breakfast. Showers were cleaned daily!

This was my third time back in KL and probably the best place and cheapest place I've stayed. I had initially booked and paid for a private room at Fernloft Hotel but didn't stay because it was disgracefull filthy. I quickly found Grid9 and it was a huge relief. Nice staff, clean and comfortable rooms that are spacious. For the price they make your beds and offer new towels everyday. The lounge is very comfortable with fantastic beanbags, a pool table, darts board, fridge, TV with decent movies, desktop PC's and good Wifi. The location is fine with Maharajalela just a two minute walk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. oh.....they also have a restaurant on the ground floor with decent food at reasonable prices.

I book 8bed female room but until I come back in the night I very surprised when I found a men in my room. I very disappointed about this because of my room only me that have been check in. I want to change room and the receptionist give me 6 bed female room. I get no 1A but there is women that sleep in my bed. I choose 1C upper but when I sleep so many mosquitoes around me and when I a little bit move when sleep the bed like moving to the left and to the right. and the bed was old. no ac. only fan. no water to drink you must buy. but one thing that good from this hotel is the location very near from LRT pasar seni. in front of LRT you can found bus terminal pasar seni you turn left about 40 m near geo hotel the location of this hotel.

저렴하고 위치가 좋아서 선택했는데

난생처음 베드버그를 온몸이 물리고 왔네요.. 4일이나 묵었는데 하루이틀 잘때도 몸이 간지러워서 모기있나 싶었는데 배그버그 잠복기 2일 지나니까 한두개 올라오더니 저는 그게 배드버그인줄도 모르고 세번째도 그냥 잤는데.. 그날 아침 온몸이 배드버그 물린자국으로 난리더라고여.. 8인 여자 도미 썻는데 같은 방 쓰던 저보다 이틀 늦게 들어온 룸메가 자다깨고 자꾸 해충퇴치스프래이뿌리던데.. 진드기가 잇는것 같대요. 아마 배드버그일탠데 잠복기 끝나면 단순진드기가 아니라 배드버그인걸 알거에요. 마지막 날은 뱌드버그 잇다고 침대 바꿔달라햇더니 바꿔주긴햇는데 찝찝해서 그냥 침대 근처에도 안가고 날샛습니다. 마지막날에 일찍 체크아웃 햇는데 말레이시아 애가 ㅁ몸을 막 긁으먼서 나오더니 벌레때메 잠을 못자겟다 하더군요 배드버그..차이나타운에 잇고 바로앞에 무료 gokl버스가 다녀서 위치적으로는 나쁘지않은데 너무 더러워요

Worth to stay on what you actually pay but the best is still the friendly services provided by the management and staff. There is a huge different after compare to my previous stay in RANTING guess house.
