True ! Very disappointing! As you can see from our consistent and long-standing 5 star ratings, this rating is a series of false claims. We can only speculate as to why. This guest stayed in our accommodation with more people than agreed and paid without telling us, obviously to "save" the extra guest fee and he told us during his stay that he had to take a cab back because our pickup was broken. After picking up the vehicle from the other side of the island from a diving school and having it checked by the garage, it turned out that the vehicle was not defective at all, but that the guest had been diving or swimming with the electronic key with remote control. This destroyed the key and it had to be replaced. It would have saved us and the garage a lot of work if our guest had simply told us the truth. When we demanded the additional payment for the extra guest fee and the pure procurement costs for the replacement key of the car, our guest already told us that he did not like this and only paid reluctantly. We follow his headline "Very Disappointing" and we are happy that this guest was the first and hopefully the last in almost 5 years with whom we had to make a not so nice experience here. By the way, we assume that our regularly returning guests, as well as our future guests, can form their own really accurate picture of our accommodation on the basis of our many reviews.
