The Neighborhood:

South of the center and towards the salt pans: one of Bonaire's most famous residential and vacation zones, traditionally linked to Harry Belafonte. Belnem grew into a collective name for luxury subdivisions like La Palma, Sabalpalm, Lima, Punt Vierkant, and Playa Esmeralda. You are close to beloved south coast beaches like Bachelor's Beach and iconic dive spots, ideal for sunsets and relaxed beach life. It is a quiet residential area with quick routes to the airport and downtown Kralendijk.



Belnem Breeze Tres is approximately 100 meters from Good and More supermarket, 1 kilometer from Dive Friends Delfins dive center, 8.8 kilometers from Sorobon Beach, 4.4 kilometers from Atlantis Beach (kitesurfing) and 5.6 kilometers from Cuba Compagnie restaurant.



Sunwise insider tip: About a half-hour drive northwest lies Gotomeer in Washington Slagbaai National Park, Bonaire's largest saltwater lagoon. This special place is home to beautiful Caribbean flamingos that can often be admired here in large groups. The lake lies hidden among the barren hills of the park and offers a fascinating contrast with the rest of the landscape. Early morning or late afternoon are the best times to spot the flamingos, when they are actively foraging in the shallow water. Don't forget your binoculars when you head out from Belnem Breeze Tres!



Getting Around:

Bonaire and especially the hotspots like Washington Slagbaai National Park, the remote pristine beaches, and the kitesurf and windsurf locations, are best enjoyed with a rental car, as our lovely Caribbean island has so much more to offer beyond the immediate surroundings of Belnem Breeze Tres. With your own car you can explore remote snorkel spots, dive sites and local restaurants at your own pace. We strongly recommend renting a car so you can get everywhere easily. Most roads on Bonaire are paved, but for nature areas like the park, a pickup truck or SUV is advisable. The park roads are unpaved and sometimes rough, making a regular car less suitable. There is no public transport on Bonaire and taxis are limited, especially on busy days when a cruise ship is in port.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in to Belnem Breeze Tres is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be possible on request, depending on other reservations.
