Wrong location for check in from beginning. Waste a lot of time. Feeling not safe someone tried to open yr room door.

Uncomfort memories in Hong Kong.
종업원들이 꽤 무례하고 Employers were quite so rude 요금을 더 받았으면 돌려주어야 하나, 이리저리 피하면서 퇴실때까지 결국 돌려주지 않았으며 They received over-payment by their mistakes, they should pay back the money which was received but, they didn't. 방에 바퀴벌레들이 돌아다니는 등 청결상태도 좋지 못함 There were bugs including ratches in the room.

Address in confirmation letter is in 7th flr but in 7th flr it was stated all guest proceed to 5th flr.. Should give noticed prior to guest arrival and our accomodation was transferred in 15 flr. We are 3 guests and yet prepared towel is only 1 PC on our 1st stay. The following day they make it 2 PCs.

前の宿泊者の毛髪が残っているなど清掃に難あり。複数のホステルのチェックインをまとめて1箇所で行っているので、チェックインの場所は要確認です。

We are extremely alarmed by your statement regarding being unhappy during your stay with us, we take these situations very seriously indeed. I would appreciate it, if you could contact us directly with your room number so that we can investigate this immediately. We have not had any negative record of such an event for some time we assuumed this is your first time in Hong Kong which so happenes to be one most expensive real estate in the world If we could remember you booked for double bed which is bed for two person but believed experting a two separate bed which have on the allotment which you couldve chosen but you opted for doublebed instead and you even decided to cancel but realized is non refundable so the property upgrade you with a little extra charge at very peak season (exhibitons and october fairs ), but as always with you can never be too careful.We appreciate that we cannot get it right all of the time but would hope that when we make a mistake, we really try to rectify it during your next stay, to ensure that we leave you feeling happy and relaxed.
